I’m on day three of a four day intensive with Rachel Brice and every cell in my body is quivering with new information. Less than an hour in the studio today and all of us were dripping in sweat. The day starts with a yoga practice, then warming up the spine, joints, then focusing on cardio and flexibility, then finally working on a complicated layered choreography. This material is pushing my boundaries, challenging my body and mind, expanding my possibilities as a dancer. Amazing stuff. Tomorrow is the last day …stay tuned.
